Quality problems

If an item has a manufacturing or printing defect, contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and may reprint, replace or refund the affected item.

Personalised products

Many Image Express products are made to the customer's specification. Change-of-mind rights can be different for personalised goods. This does not affect statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Customer artwork

Please check spelling, cropping, image quality and design carefully before approving an order. A correctly produced personalised item normally cannot be refunded because of an error in customer-supplied artwork.
